Q: What size is the company?
A: We employ approximately 400 + staffs. Many of our employees have been with the company all of their adult life and enjoy working in a family owned company in an atmosphere of team spirit.

Q: Do you have extensive plant and premises?
A: Our twenty thousand square meter production facility in Bangpoo industrial estate, Thailand, houses a wide variety of plant and equipment ranging from a state-of-the-art 4-color KBA 105 sheet fed press through to 4/4 commercial web units. Our bindery covers most finishing processes, including case-making, casing-in, foil-stamping, and Edge-Gilding.

Q: Do you have export knowledge and experience?
A: Yes. We currently export more than fifty percent of our production, and our logistics team has extensive shipping, freight forwarding, and customs knowledge for consignments to Europe, Scandinavia, USA, Latin America, Africa, and Australia.

Q: Is there a language problem?
A: No. Our front- end management and marketing staff are fluent in English and the export marketing team includes a native English speaker. Our production management team also has good English language competency.

Q: Do you operate International standards?
A: Yes. In 1999 we achieved ISO 9001 Certification followed by ISO 9001:2000, ensuring that we adhere to universally accepted management and production procedures. And have been consistently certified with ISO to ensure all our products are conformed to quality standard. Our office and production facility apply Hiflex© MIS system developed specifically for graphic art industry to automate our business and technical processes to the international standard.

Q: Is the foreign exchange rate a problem?
A: No. We are prepared to quote, contract and invoice in US $ or Euro etc.

Q: Do we use child labor?
A: Absolutely not! We are strictly against and forbid the employment of child workers.

Q: Do we provide safe and healthy working environment?
A: Yes. We place a high importance to health and safety of our employees by taking the right precautions and providing a satisfactory working environment.
